Don L Carlton

Don L Carlton has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 55 years in Ventura. Don started his career in residential real estate after a very successful career as a regional marketing director for Xerox Corporation. Don managed Ventura Keys Realty as the exclusive sales agent for Pacesetter Homes, who developed the Ventura Keys, an exclusive Residential Marina Lifestyle Development. Don L Carlton Real Estate Services was formed in 1967 to provide full and comprehensive services for residential, industrial, and commercial sales and leasing and property management services. Don graduated with a BS degree from Woodbury College and he served with honors in the United States Army.

 
 
 

Roger Case

Roger Case has been involved in the real estate industry for over 35 years. As an owner of Coordinated Financial Services, Inc., a real estate investments company headquartered in Westlake Village, he was responsible for syndicating and managing over 40 mobile home parks and mini storage facilities in the western United States. In 1986 he sold his interest in CFS, Inc., and as a California licensed real estate broker opened his own retail full-service brokerage, Roger Case Realty, serving clients’ real estate needs throughout Ventura County. Roger’s years of experience, coupled with degrees in Business and Economics from San Jose State University and an MBA in Finance from California Polytechnic University has made him a valuable resource for many would-be property owners as well as seasoned investors. His philosophy has always been and continues to be making a real estate transaction for the client as stress-free and enjoyable as possible by always applying the principles of honesty, fairness and service above self.

Karen Grimme

Karen Grimme has been with Don L Carlton Real Estate Services since 1989. Karen is responsible for all the financial aspects of the company. Her areas of responsibility include, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, financial statements, and all financial reporting. Karen works very closely with landlords to make sure the property management financial needs are met.

Karen Colvin

Karen Colvin was employed at Roger Case Realty since 2006. She has held a California Real Estate Broker’s license for more than 35 years. During this time, she has also had hands-on experience as a Senior Certified Escrow Officer and has worked in the mortgage, title insurance and tax-deferred exchange areas, as well as residential brokerage and property management. Karen received her BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University and has used the combination of her education, vast industry experience and warm demeanor to help clients navigate through simple or complex transactions to achieve their real estate goals.

Philip Tremiti

Philip Tremiti has seamlessly blended a legacy of military excellence with a passion for real estate. Mr. Tremiti has become a cornerstone of expertise, dedication and unparalleled service. Before embarking on his real estate journey, Philip dedicated 14 years to the United States Navy, where he distinguished himself as one of the most decorated serviceman. During his tenure, he earned some of the highest achievements and awards the military and government have to offer. His roles involved planning, building camps and strategic planning skills, deep understanding of property development and management, which he has carried throughout his career. Philip has spent the last 4 years as a dedicated property manager and sales associate. His strong work ethic and comprehensive property knowledge ensure that both property owners and tenants receive the best possible experience. Today, Philip Tremiti leverages his extensive experience and distinguished background to provide exceptional service ni the real estate industry. His unique blend of military precision and real estate expertise continues to set him apart, making him a trusted and respected figure in the field.
